"I first started practising Hatha yoga 40 years ago when i was at school. I began teaching exercise in 1996 when i made a commitment to myself to take daily exercise, and make some other healthy lifestyle changes (not purely physical) to manage anxiety and beat depression. I have trained as a teacher in Pilates and Yoga, and am a student of Tibetan Buddhist Meditation. I teach 4 lovely Hatha Yoga classes a week in the Glossop, Hadfield and Broadbottom areas, and in my own home."
