I came to Yoga, through Meditation, in 1986 with TM, in 1991 I took the BWY teacher training course , but did not teach until 2008, when I redid TTC with Sivananda then a year later their ATTC. My practice since 2007 has been Kriya yoga, and studying/practicing Advaita Vedanta , I also lead pilgrimages to India and Italy each year.

Currently teaching Kriya Yoga preparation for initiation , classic yoga , life coaching and Vedanta , as well as our 200 hour Teacher Training course at the Yogaananda Holistic Centre in Reigate Surrey . www.yogaananda.co.uk

Retreats are in February to Kerala- May to Assisi, Italy, October to Rishikesh , November to Assisi ( this retreat is for Kriya initiates only )
