Led by Marc Acquaviva and Abigail Peck, with support from outstanding visiting teachers, including Pete Blackaby and Diane Long. The total 500 hr course content is covered over 22 weekends in a modular format as well as one 7 day intensive, offering an opportunity to significantly deepen direct experiential understanding of the meaning of yoga. The content offers a self-exploratory way of unifying all modalities - into a central understanding that can be applied to all practices. The course runs concurrently in Stirling and Brighton and each workshop is filmed and made available only to participants to add to the ever expanding resources of video classes, audio classes and notes. Students are additionally supported with 121s with the principal teachers and returning graduate students who continue to further their learning and guide new students through the process. Next intake possibilities are May 2016 and January 2017.
