The Ashiyana Yoga Teacher Training is a very different kind of training, since we believe that the most important aspect of teaching today is that you are able to express yourself from an open-heart, which has little to do with "form", and everything to do with self-inquiry, or knowing yourself deeply. We will explore the asanas and the full spectrum of yoga in the context of today's world with its pressing invitation for us to relate with more honesty, love and openness. We realize that many people show up to retreats and trainings looking to meet inspirational teachers that will "give them something" - we invite you to come and meet yourself deeply, under the guidance of our loving team. This way you discover your inner guru and the source of all inspiration, love and peace.
